Live show lightweight has choices to make!

I get out to about 5 shows a year these days, so what were the odds I’d have to choose? But tonight, in the calm of the eye of Snowmaggeddon 2008, we have Yellowjacket Avenger at the Tranzac – and CATL at the Dakota (for their album release party). (See comments for explanation).

Either way’s a winner. I need myself a Decider.

The poster is misleading. My apologies. Tonight was actually the cd release for Bradley Boy’s “The Farm”. Which is an amazing record. He’s recorded lots of stuff before, but this one is on another level.

The catl record, which is a vinyl record that comes with a cd, is officially being released on January 23rd @ the Silver Dollar.

It’s with these two amazing bands: $100 and The Speaking Tongues.

If you haven’t heard about $100 then let me point you to some stuff, because this crew is amazing:

And The Speaking Tongues are heavy; there’s ink spilt on them as well, but I’m about to go to sleep:

Hey J, we were actually accidentally and very unexpectedly at the Dakota for the Bradleyboy show, which was intense and sweaty, and sounded awesome. Sorry man, woulda/coulda/shoulda called you, but literally minutes beforehand D and I thought we were gonna hit the sack. It was a really strange night. A bunch of other weird shit happened too. Tell you about it next time I see ya.
